Carving discs from Manpa Tools

The Manpa router disc, a classic example of wood router bits for angle grinders, is available in different sizes. The variant with a mounting hole of 22.20mm is specially designed for direct mounting on the angle grinder. The base body of the carving disc is made of high-quality aluminum, which is also used in aircraft construction and thus has special hardness properties. Carbide inserts in various shapes - round, triangular and square - serve as cutting tools. Depending on the application, the disc with the appropriate cutting edge shape can be selected. The advantage of indexable inserts is that they can be rotated several times before a complete replacement becomes necessary. This can be carried out quickly by means of a Torx wrench.

Manpa Tools also offers carving discs in the sizes 45mm and 70mm. However, these are only suitable for the special Multi Cutter and Belt Cutter attachments.

Carving shank for angle grinders

Known internationally as Holes Cutter and Crack Cutter, these wood carving cutters can be mounted directly on the angle grinder. Their range of application differs from the classic carving disc. They allow you to carve out recesses in the wood, make breakthroughs or carve lettering. The basis of these wood carving cutters is an aluminum shaft with an internal thread of M14 or M10. Once again, carbide cutting edges serve as the cutting tool. Particularly popular are the Holes Cutter (hole cutter), which are versatile and can carve deep holes in the wood.

Wood cutters for Dremel and straight grinders

These are mini end mills, also called detail cutters. With a shank diameter of 3.2mm, these smallest representatives fit directly into the collet of the Dremel. Alternatively, we also offer these wood cutters in a shank diameter of 6 mm for the straight grinder.

Accessories for wood routers

Extensions extend the range of application of end mills. They not only provide a better overview of the tool and the section of wood to be machined, but also allow deeper penetration into the wood. In addition, we offer numerous replacement cutters in various sizes.
