Drilling steady rest with safety clamping device for drilling Ø from 5 - 25 mm.
Suitable for precise, deep drilling - for example in musical instrument making. With this heavy-duty safety steady rest, only the thrust ring rotates with the workpiece. The drill sleeve itself is fixed. This protects the drill bit and makes deep hole drilling safer.

The price quoted refers to a bench bed/cheek distance of 70 mm centered to the axis of rotation.
To manufacture the steady rest for other machine dimensions, we require information on the bench bed and the center height of the lathe. The price may vary depending on the version.

Price without bearing insert and drill insert, these must be ordered separately depending on the drill diameter.
