Our Minimat45 is designed for the highly productive manufacture of turned wood parts up to diameter 45mm.The machine is equipped with two pneumatically controlled turning supports, a CNC controlled drilling support and a pneumatically parting support. Both turning supports can be equipped with form cutting tools. They are designed to be liftable so that deep profiles can be processed several times. The material is supplied via a magazine, which will be loaded with prefabricated round bars up to 600 mm in length. Precise collets ensure highest accuracy.
