This hollowing out tool with chip thickness limiter is the latest development from the New Zealand wood turner and tool maker, Rolly Munro. The Wundercutt 10 is equipped with a HM cutting wheel Ø 10mm. The tool head has a very compact design so that you can work through very small openings. The chip thickness can be set to 0.05 - 0.5mm with the limiter. The cutter holder is attached to a joint piece so that heavily back-turned shapes can also be worked out. The stainless steel handrail with a diameter of 16mm has a length of 400mm when fully extended. Due to the well thought-out shape of the cutter holder, there is no clogging or “chipping” of the cutter head when used correctly. A retaining pin is included in the scope of delivery for sharpening the cutting edge. The cutting wheel can be sharpened with a fine diamond file (1200 grit) or a very fine CBN wheel. The new vibration-absorbing handle, padded with solid foam rubber, is 500mm long. It provides a good hold, even with a lar
