Face plate with adjustable balancing discs for spindle thread M33 x 3.5 The hapfo-BALANCER is a faceplate with integrated, adjustable balancing discs, which enables significantly higher speeds, especially when processing unbalanced wet wood blanks or eccentrically clamped workpieces. It is also suitable for smaller machines, which otherwise only allow minimal speeds without the BALANCER due to the low machine weight. The application and setting is simple: As usual, screw the hapfo-BALANCER onto the blank as a face plate, then mount it on the spindle and allow the blank with the heavier half to swing downwards (due to its own imbalance). Then loosen the two Allen screws of the balancing discs and swivel the weights upwards in opposite directions until the balance is almost achieved. Secure the balancing discs with the Allen screws and off you go.
